Moving inventory and item condition data for AI

A mover may record both what was picked up and what arrived.

NAICS 484210 · Used Household and Office Goods Moving

A mover may record both what was picked up and what arrived. A close-up of a scratch cannot identify the item unless the inventory ties it to the right tag and handoff. FMCSA’s interstate household moving material describes pickup paperwork. micro1 has advertised workplace capture in logistics and moving settings. The contributor and paid project must separately confirm scope and site access. FMCSA household shipment pickup guide · micro1 workplace recording listing

Use a practice chair, two lookalike cartons, and mock inventory tags. Record the initial item condition, a staging move, and a confirmed destination receipt. Give one condition image a missing tag and ask the model whether it can be attributed. A reviewer can score item matching separately from describing a visible feature.

Obtain approval for the practice items and anyone filmed. Do not use home interiors, shipping documents with addresses, customer possessions, or identifiable packing footage without the appropriate rights.

Original Fiund exercise

A scratch close-up needs a linked item tag before it becomes inventory evidence

Owned practice furniture and two lookalike empty cartons use original tags and image annotations. No customer possession, home interior, address or actual moving claim is represented.

Fictional records supplied to the evaluator
RecordSourceWhat it records
MI1Pickup inventoryOwned chair CH1 and cartons BX1/BX2 have distinct dummy tags. CH1's initial reviewed view shows mark M at region R.
MI2Handoff sequenceStaging and destination receipt explicitly link CH1/BX1/BX2. No new condition finding in the receipt.
MI3Loose close-upVisible scratch on a carton-like surface, tag outside frame. No parent image or BX1/BX2 cross-reference supplied.

Question for the model

Which condition finding can be assigned to a specific item, and does receipt of both cartons identify the loose scratch image?

Show the reference answer and checks

MI1 links the initial mark M to CH1 and region R. MI2 supports destination receipt of the named items but contains no condition finding. MI3's scratch can be described visually, yet its missing tag and parent link prevent attribution to BX1 or BX2. Receipt of both cartons does not resolve that image identity. Preserve item matching, visible-feature description and condition history as separate checks without inferring new damage or causation.

  • Assigning an untagged close-up to one of several lookalike items.
  • Treating a destination receipt as a condition inspection or attributing a scratch to a stage without before-after evidence.

Fields to preserve

Inventory item and tag
Defines the object.
Image parent, region and capture stage
Supports feature attribution.
Receipt event and condition-review scope
Separates custody from appearance.

Test another case

Add a parent image linking the scratch to BX2 but no pickup-condition view. Require identity to resolve while time of appearance stays unknown.

Use approved owned props and consenting adults. Exclude customer property and identifiable packing footage without rights.
