You license your material, you don't sell it. You get paid each time it's licensed, on transparent terms you approve.

The model

• Per-licence payment. You're paid when your material is licensed to a buyer.
• You keep ownership. Licensing is not selling; you can license again.
• You approve every use. Nothing goes anywhere you haven't signed off.
• No forced exclusivity. Exclusive terms only if you want them, and priced for it.

What affects what you're paid

Volume, recording quality, how scarce the material is, whether consent and transcripts are in place, and demand for the modality and language. fiund quotes against your actual material.
