FIUND starts with owner-licensed recordings and their context, and scopes additional data types around a buyer’s task. The brief determines which material fits, rather than treating every recording as interchangeable training data.
The delivery record brings together the applicable licence, provenance information, consent evidence where required, and a file manifest. These records help a reviewer connect the delivered material to its source and permitted use.
Training, evaluation, redistribution, and voice or likeness uses are not treated as one blanket permission. The agreement defines the allowed purposes and restrictions so the data team and rights reviewers can evaluate the same scope.
