FIUND LLC is an Arizona limited liability company operating an AI training data licensing marketplace. We connect AI teams with real-world media whose ownership, permissions, and proposed use can be documented before data moves.
What fiund is - and is not
fiund licenses audio, video, creator UGC, and commissioned collections for defined AI uses. We are not a bank, broker, investment adviser, investment fund, or global investment platform. The name sits between find and fund: teams find data, and the people who made it get funded.
Licensing is not the same as selling ownership. Contributors retain their copyrights while granting FIUND LLC the authority described in the public Contributor Licensing Agreement. Buyer rights are then written into a separate licence for the approved dataset and use.
Rights and provenance before delivery
A licensable collection needs more than a file list. We connect the material to a documented owner or authorized licensor, identify third-party material and contractual restrictions, confirm the proposed AI use is within the grant, and require appropriate voice or likeness permission where people are identifiable. Unresolved material is held back instead of being described as cleared.
Buyer diligence can include the applicable licence, contributor authority, consent or release records, provenance notes, known restrictions, and a file-level delivery manifest. Read the operational method on how we source and clear data.
Commercial-use boundaries
“Commercial rights” is not a single permission. A buyer licence should state whether material may be used for evaluation, training, fine-tuning, testing, or production; who may access it; the applicable term and territory; and what redistribution, publication, or sublicensing is allowed. Evaluation samples are not production rights.
Under fiund's standard contributor terms, a buyer licence may not authorize a synthetic replica, clone, or voice or likeness model intended to imitate an identifiable person, or use a person's identity to imply endorsement. The governing written licence controls every delivery.
Privacy, security, and current certifications
The Privacy Policy explains the account and personal information fiund collects, its uses, service providers, retention, and individual rights. The Security page describes storage encryption, transport security, account isolation, access controls, and vulnerability reporting.
fiund does not currently claim SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification. We publish the controls we actually use and distinguish a current control from a planned certification. Dataset- specific privacy, biometric, location, confidentiality, and cross-border requirements are scoped before the affected licence or processing begins.

Is fiund a regulated investment platform?
No. FIUND LLC is an AI training data licensing marketplace, not a bank, broker, investment adviser, investment fund, or financial product. The name combines “find” and “fund”: teams find data and the people who made it get funded.
What rights does a buyer receive?
The written buyer licence defines the permitted AI purposes, production or evaluation scope, term, territory, approved recipients, restrictions, and delivery. A sample or evaluation permission is not treated as a production-training licence.
Does fiund own contributor content?
Contributors retain ownership. While submitted content is active, FIUND LLC receives the licensing authority described in the public Contributor Licensing Agreement and may grant non-exclusive buyer licences within those limits.
Does fiund permit voice or likeness cloning?
No. The standard Contributor Licensing Agreement does not authorize a buyer to create a synthetic replica, clone, or voice or likeness model intended to imitate an identifiable person, or to imply that person’s endorsement.
Can a buyer inspect the rights documentation?
Yes. Relevant ownership, licence, consent, provenance, and manifest records are made available during diligence and travel with an approved delivery, subject to confidentiality and data-protection limits.
Does fiund hold SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification?
Not currently. fiund states its present security controls on the Security page and does not present planned certifications as completed credentials.
