Secondary aluminum data for AI charge and assay evidence

The Aluminum Association maintains alloy designation and composition standards.

NAICS 331314 · Secondary Smelting and Alloying of Aluminum

The Aluminum Association maintains alloy designation and composition standards. A secondary producer can create an original task that distinguishes a planned charge from the recorded output assay and its sample identity. Aluminum Association standards

Prepare fictional scrap-category tickets, a charge plan, actual additions and an output sample report. Change one addition during execution while leaving the original plan visible. Ask the assistant which records establish the executed input set and which report belongs to the output. Add a supplier estimate for incoming material that should not be substituted for the later output measurement.

Annotate planned and actual quantities separately, along with charge, output lot, specimen and report version. Hold out a new scrap naming scheme for evaluation. Score use of the plan as execution, incorrect assay association and unsupported composition inference independently. The key should cite evidence and preserve an absent output sample as unresolved.

Use self-authored tables and invented values. Supplier pricing, scrap-source identities, charge recipes and laboratory reports can have separate restrictions. Describe the record-reconciliation task and reviewed examples in the licensing proposal. A buyer's accepted specification should define the necessary source relationships and product variation before a larger archive is prepared.

Original Fiund exercise

Plan share and logged share use different totals

Neutral paper weights represent an invented accounting record. No real charge recipe or processing is simulated.

Fictional records supplied to the evaluator
RecordSourceWhat it records
1PlanClass A 30 units of total 100.
2Actual logClass A 25 units of total 80.
3Output indexOne output sample O8; no individual input contribution measurements.

Question for the model

What shares are supported, and what share is unavailable?

Show the reference answer and checks

A is 30% of planned input by record 1 and 31.25% of logged actual input by record 2. Record 3 does not provide A's share in the final output. Preserve both input denominators instead of presenting either as an output assay.

  • Dividing actual class quantity by planned total
  • Using input share to label final composition

Fields to preserve

plan_total
Supports plan-only normalization
actual_input_total
Supports execution accounting
output_measurement_scope
Prevents an input-output inference

Test another case

Add material returned before the accounting boundary and distinguish gross recorded input from net input.

No actual scrap recipes, charge operations, process losses or quality claims.

Discuss a contribution

Describe the sources you control, the task they could support and what has already been checked. Use the existing-data assessment for an archive or the collection brief for a new recording project. The contributor agreement defines Fiund’s licensing authority and compensation. A guide or fictional exercise does not establish an accepted collection or a sale.
