A distributor can demonstrate a receiving check, document a split lot or write an exercise about an unresolved order. The useful signal is the relationship between the item, the event and the independent source. Start with a small original sample and a reviewer who knows how the work is done.

Build a receiving sample with a known exception
Set up empty cartons under two invented product codes. The order requests two cases of A and one of B. The packing list says each case of A contains six units, while B has no documented units-per-case value. Make a receiving record for one case of A and one case of B, with no receipt for the second A case.
Ask the model to reconcile ordered, shipped and received quantities without assuming the packing list proves receipt. The reviewer should accept six received units of A from the stated basis and keep B’s individual-unit count unresolved. If you film the check, add timestamps and separate observed labels from ledger entries. Keep an exception where a label is obscured, and mark it for recapture. Ask a buyer about the actual specification before commissioning a larger collection.
Confirm the chain of permission
Use original labels, forms and inert props to show the task first. Keep supplier-only specifications, prices, customer identities, shipment details and third-party certificates outside the initial sample. For real records, document who owns the content, which partners appear, how each component may be used and who can approve the export. Filming a warehouse requires separate permission for people, the site and visible media. A single company’s approval may leave linked partner material unresolved.

Test package level before doing arithmetic
In the receiving exercise, one documented six-unit case of A supports six received units of A. The order for two cases does not prove that twelve units arrived. B’s received case can be counted as a case while its individual-unit total remains unknown because the conversion is missing.
Create a second product with a documented inner pack nested in a case. Require the answer to cite the conversion at each level and the receiving event actually supplied. Keep ordered, packed, shipped and received quantities in separate fields. A consistent unit conversion cannot make a missing handoff event appear.
