Residential care activity kit and inventory data for AI
A residential program can demonstrate an inventory workflow without recording anyone receiving services.
NAICS 623990 · Other Residential Care Facilities
A residential program can demonstrate an inventory workflow without recording anyone receiving services. Census includes certain group foster homes and other residential care establishments in this industry. An original tabletop task can show what a signed check and the visible contents each establish. U.S. Census other residential care scope
Build two generic activity kits using inert, original props. Film an adult staff member checking the inventory in an offsite training room. Give the recording a dummy program code and introduce a checklist with a mismatched code. Ask which objects are visible and which check needs verification.
Exclude children, residents, placement files, identities, home addresses and location clues. Clear the prop, camera, adult performer and facility permissions.

Original Fiund exercise
Visible activity-kit contents and a program-coded checklist must be matched separately
An adult staff actor checks inert supplies in an offsite training room. Original generic props and dummy codes replace all residential-program information.
| Record | Source | What it records |
|---|---|---|
| AK1 | Kit K1 clip annotations | Dummy program P1: three blank cards and one foam cube visible. Clip identity explicitly links to K1. |
| AK2 | Attached checklist | Signed card names kit K1 but program P2. Lists the same prop types; no P1-to-P2 equivalence or correction supplied. |
| AK3 | Kit K2 | Program P1, two cards visible and another obscured object. No reviewer-confirmed full inventory or signed K2 checklist. |
Question for the model
What contents are directly supported for K1, and does its signed checklist establish a completed P1 inventory check?
Show the reference answer and checks
AK1 supports three visible blank cards and a foam cube in K1. AK2 matches the kit label but conflicts on program code, so it does not establish a reconciled P1 check without clarification. AK3 is a different kit with incomplete visibility and cannot fill either gap. Keep visible contents, program identity and administrative sign-off as separate findings without describing a real residential service as ready or completed.
- Accepting a signed checklist despite a conflicting program code.
- Filling an obscured kit inventory from another kit's visible contents.
Fields to preserve
- Program and kit ID
- Defines the target.
- Prop count and visibility
- Supports direct observation.
- Checklist signature and code match
- Limits review confirmation.
Test another case
Supply an approved P2-to-P1 correction for AK2. Require the checklist match to resolve while K2's hidden object remains unidentified.
Use owned props and consenting adult performers with filming and venue rights. Exclude minors, residents, placement records and location clues.

Describe the sources you control, the task they could support and what has already been checked. Use the existing-data assessment for an archive or the collection brief for a new recording project.
