Irradiation apparatus data for AI test-object records

FDA publishes device-identification information.

NAICS 334517 · Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing

FDA publishes device-identification information. A medical-apparatus manufacturer can define an original administrative task that associates a device configuration, a fictional test object and the record actually supplied. FDA UDI context

Create fictional device references, test-object labels and a report index. Use an original printed geometric target as the inert test object, with asymmetric corner markers. Supply two labeled views and a frame index. Ask which frame belongs to the selected object and orientation. Include a cropped view that loses its corner identifier and a rotated duplicate whose filename stayed the same. The key should preserve the unresolved view association.

The reference answer should cite the target marker and frame record used for each match. Reserve a new target pattern for evaluation and include a fully labeled view that supports confirmation. Score filename equality used as frame identity, a missing marker guessed and an incorrect rotation independently. This is an identity exercise using ordinary printed props, with no patient images, exposure settings or equipment operation.

Use self-authored tables and neutral references reviewed by an appropriate specialist. Actual device files, licensed software, customer material and outside reports need explicit authority. A licensing brief should name the identity-review task and checked key. Establish buyer requirements before preparing commercial histories or additional capture.

A report references a different test object

Wholly fictional administrative index cards identify neutral sample objects. No radiation values, operating instructions or clinical data appear.

Fictional records supplied to the evaluator
RecordSourceWhat it records
1Object registerMock device U8 can be associated with object A or B in paperwork.
2Report indexR1 names U8/object A; R2 names U9/object B.
3RequestLocate U8/object B in the index.

Question for the model

Can either report be linked to that exact pair?

Show the reference answer and checks

Neither. R1 has the requested unit but a different object; R2 has the requested object but a different unit. Records 1–3 support two partial matches only. Keep the exact pair unresolved and do not transfer report content or status across subjects.

  • Joining only on the device or object field
  • Treating an administrative link as safety evidence

Fields to preserve

device_key
Identifies the mock report subject
test_object_key
Resolves the specified pairing
exact_pair_status
Distinguishes partial and complete matches

Test another case

Provide one report covering both objects with labeled sections; require citing the exact unit/object section.

Administrative identity only; no real radiation sources, equipment settings, dosage, protocols or authorizations.

Discuss a contribution

Describe the sources you control, the task they could support and what has already been checked. Use the existing-data assessment for an archive or the collection brief for a new recording project. The contributor agreement defines Fiund’s licensing authority and compensation. A guide or fictional exercise does not establish an accepted collection or a sale.
