Ground lease parcel exhibits for AI evidence review
A parcel description and an exhibit can refer to different versions of the same site.
NAICS 531190 · Lessors of Other Real Estate Property
A parcel description and an exhibit can refer to different versions of the same site. A document assistant should point to the exact exhibit supporting a statement about a defined area. FHWA’s right-of-way use agreement resources illustrate how property-use arrangements can have documented scope. The proposed exercise uses only imaginary parcels. FHWA right-of-way use agreement context
Sketch two adjacent rectangles and give each a practice parcel label. Attach a revised boundary exhibit to one and an expired exhibit to the other. Ask which version supports the stated use under the fictional lease and which attachment is missing. A reviewer can check that the model ties the text to the correct map without treating the drawing as proof of a legal boundary.
Exclude deeds, survey coordinates, infrastructure access, sensitive land uses, owner identities, and real commercial terms. Use original diagrams and clauses.
Describe a parcel exhibit test
Original Fiund exercise
Use the referenced exhibit version, not the nearest map attachment
Two adjacent rectangles form an imaginary parcel diagram. Independently written practice clauses define documentary use scope without representing a legal boundary or property right.
| Record | Source | What it records |
|---|---|---|
| GL1 | Practice clause | Parcel A use area follows exhibit E2 from day 10. Parcel B follows E1 until day 20. |
| GL2 | Original exhibit register | A-E2 changes A's shaded area from cells 1–2 to cells 1–3. B-E1 covers cells 4–5 and expires day 20. |
| GL3 | Attachment folder day 25 | Contains A-E2 and expired B-E1. No replacement B exhibit or extension supplied. |
Question for the model
Which exhibit supports A's stated day-25 practice area, and what is missing for a day-25 statement about B?
Show the reference answer and checks
GL1 and GL2 make A-E2 the applicable documentary exhibit for A after day 10, supporting the fictional cells 1–3 area on day 25. B-E1 expired day 20, and GL3 supplies no replacement or extension. Its presence in the folder does not establish current B scope. Flag the missing B authority rather than borrowing A's exhibit or declaring a real legal boundary.
- Treating an attached expired exhibit as automatically current.
- Using the adjacent parcel's revision to fill B's missing scope.
Fields to preserve
- Parcel and exhibit identity
- Links text to the correct original diagram.
- Effective and expiry dates
- Makes date-specific documentary scope testable.
- Replacement or extension evidence
- Preserves the unresolved interval after expiry.
Test another case
Add a B extension effective day 30 only. Ask the model to distinguish the still-unresolved day-25 question from the later period.
Use dummy rectangles and original clauses. Exclude deeds, coordinates, sensitive land uses, owners, infrastructure access and real commercial terms.
Discuss a contribution
Describe the sources you control, the task they could support and what has already been checked. Use the existing-data assessment for an archive or the collection brief for a new recording project. The contributor agreement defines Fiund’s licensing authority and compensation. A guide or fictional exercise does not establish an accepted collection or a sale.
