Wedding planning schedule and vendor confirmation records for AI
When a timeline changes, a planner needs to know who received the revision and which vendors acknowledged it.

When a timeline changes, a planner needs to know who received the revision and which vendors acknowledged it. The Library of Congress documents wedding services as an industry. A planner can create an original schedule exercise from a fictional event and no client communications. Library of Congress wedding services guide · U.S. Census 2022 NAICS manual
Write a run-of-show that moves the photo window and changes one delivery sequence. Supply two acknowledgments, one tied to the current revision and one to an earlier version. Ask the model to list confirmed and pending handoffs by vendor and to cite the relevant revision.
Use invented venues, schedules and vendor names. Keep participant lists, private event photos, pricing, client messages and actual vendor contracts out.

Original Fiund exercise
A vendor's acknowledgment must name the schedule revision it confirms
A fictional event has original run-of-show records and invented vendor roles. No real participant list, venue, photograph, price, client message or vendor contract is used.
| Record | Source | What it records |
|---|---|---|
| WP1 | Practice schedule R1 | Photo window 10:00; delivery A before delivery B. |
| WP2 | Approved schedule R2 | Photo window moves to 11:00; delivery B now before A. |
| WP3 | Acknowledgment register | Photo role confirms R2 and 11:00. Delivery role confirms R1 only. Generic notice says schedule updated but names no acknowledged attachment. |
Question for the model
Which revised handoff is confirmed, and does the older delivery acknowledgment or generic update notice establish acceptance of R2's sequence?
Show the reference answer and checks
WP3 confirms the photo role's R2 handoff at 11:00, matching WP2. The delivery role acknowledged R1, whose A-before-B sequence differs from R2. The generic notice establishes only an update message without a version-specific acknowledgment. Keep delivery's R2 confirmation pending rather than assuming all vendors accepted the latest plan, and preserve each role's exact revision reference.
- Applying an acknowledgment of R1 to every later schedule revision.
- Treating a generic update notice as confirmed receipt or acceptance by each vendor.
Fields to preserve
- Schedule revision and changed field
- Defines the handoff being checked.
- Vendor role and acknowledged version
- Makes confirmation specific to a recipient and artifact.
- Notice versus acknowledgment state
- Separates distribution from verified response.
Test another case
Add delivery's R2 acknowledgment while a later R3 changes only the photo window. Require the model to preserve delivery's confirmed sequence and flag the new photo handoff.
Use original fictitious schedules and roles. Exclude clients, participants, photos, pricing, messages and contracts.
Discuss a contribution
Describe the sources you control, the task they could support and what has already been checked. Use the existing-data assessment for an archive or the collection brief for a new recording project. The contributor agreement defines Fiund’s licensing authority and compensation. A guide or fictional exercise does not establish an accepted collection or a sale.
