A show organizer may publish an exhibitor packet, revise a setup window and issue different credential categories. CES publishes exhibitor manuals and move-in information organized by venue. An organizer can stage a document retrieval task that connects an exhibitor role to the appropriate fictional schedule. CES exhibitor manuals and move-in resources

Write an original exhibitor packet and a replacement notice that changes one booth zone’s check-in period. Add an outdated packet and a credential category that applies only during public hours. Ask what the revised check-in note supports and what credential status remains unverified. Require the relevant version and zone in the answer.

Use imaginary venue layouts, schedules and pass designs. Keep actual attendee lists, credential codes, access control procedures and venue security documents out.

Describe a synthetic exhibitor support sample

Original Fiund exercise

A zone-specific setup revision does not establish credential entitlement

An original exhibitor-support fixture uses imaginary zones, schedules and nonfunctional pass designs. It contains no actual venue layout, code, attendee list or access-control procedure.

Fictional records supplied to the evaluator
RecordSourceWhat it records
TSH1Original packet V1Zone A check-in W1; Zone B check-in W2. Pass category PUBLIC applies during public hours only in this mock packet.
TSH2Replacement noticeApproved V2 explicitly changes Zone A check-in to W3, retaining B's W2. Scope limited to the schedule.
TSH3Exhibitor questionDummy exhibitor in A asks about setup at W3. Only a PUBLIC pass illustration supplied; no exhibitor-specific setup credential or entitlement record.

Question for the model

Which check-in window does the current notice support, and does the public-hours pass establish setup access?

Show the reference answer and checks

TSH2 selects W3 for Zone A and leaves Zone B's W2 unchanged from TSH1. TSH3's PUBLIC illustration is limited to public hours under the original packet and supplies no setup credential or exhibitor-specific entitlement. Report the supported schedule and missing credential evidence separately rather than treating a revised check-in time as permission to enter or infer rules from a real venue.

  • Applying one zone's replacement window to every exhibitor.
  • Treating a schedule notice or generic public pass illustration as proof of setup access.

Fields to preserve

Packet version and booth zone
Defines the applicable schedule.
Replacement scope and window
Preserves the changed field.
Credential category and entitlement evidence
Separates scheduling from authorization.

Test another case

Add an exhibitor credential for Zone B only. Require the Zone A entitlement gap to remain rather than matching by pass appearance.

Use imaginary materials and inert pass designs. Exclude real codes, security documents and attendee data; the exercise authorizes no entry.

Discuss a contribution

Describe the sources you control, the task they could support and what has already been checked. Use the existing-data assessment for an archive or the collection brief for a new recording project. The contributor agreement defines Fiund’s licensing authority and compensation. A guide or fictional exercise does not establish an accepted collection or a sale.
