Tattoo studio supply label and lot evidence for AI
A studio can build an inventory evaluation around a label and a record that appears to name the same material.

A studio can build an inventory evaluation around a label and a record that appears to name the same material. FDA publishes safety information about tattoos and permanent makeup. Keep the sample to administrative evidence using empty props and inert labels. FDA tattoos and permanent makeup fact sheet
Create two fictional containers with similar lot IDs. Attach a receiving log, a photo showing one complete ID and a photo cropped through the final character. Ask which lot has a supported match and what additional evidence the reviewer would need for the second. Keep the inventory status separate from any judgment about product safety.
Use original unbranded labels and empty props. Leave needles, actual treatment records, designs, identifiable skin and customer information out.
Describe a fictional studio inventory sample
Original Fiund exercise
A cropped lot suffix is an unresolved inventory identity
Empty unbranded containers and original inert labels stand for studio supplies. The exercise does not involve needles, skin, treatment or product-safety assessment.
| Record | Source | What it records |
|---|---|---|
| TL1 | Practice receiving log | Container A lot L20-A received; container B lot L20-B expected but no receipt recorded. |
| TL2 | Clear label image | Full L20-A readable on A, matching its receiving row. |
| TL3 | Cropped label image | L20- readable; final letter outside frame. File stored in B folder, with no other B identity evidence. |
Question for the model
Which lot has a supported receiving-image match, and does the B folder establish the cropped suffix or product suitability?
Show the reference answer and checks
TL1 and TL2 support the L20-A receipt and clear label match. TL3 leaves the suffix hidden, and its folder name cannot establish L20-B or fill B's missing receipt. Request a complete lot image and matching receiving reference. Neither inventory identity nor receipt alone establishes product safety, suitability or authorization for a treatment, which the sample does not assess.
- Filling an obscured suffix from the folder's expected container name.
- Treating a matched lot or receipt as a product-safety approval.
Fields to preserve
- Complete lot and container ID
- Disambiguates closely related labels.
- Receipt status and source row
- Separates expected from received inventory.
- Image crop and legibility
- Makes the unresolved character explicit.
Test another case
Reveal L20-A again in the supposed B image. Require a duplicate or misfiled-image conflict rather than a second B receipt.
Use empty props and original labels. Exclude needles, treatments, designs, identifiable skin and customers.
Discuss a contribution
Describe the sources you control, the task they could support and what has already been checked. Use the existing-data assessment for an archive or the collection brief for a new recording project. The contributor agreement defines Fiund’s licensing authority and compensation. A guide or fictional exercise does not establish an accepted collection or a sale.
