Use a mannequin, unplugged tools and invented station labels. Record the tool’s movement between marked zones and add one clip where the final placement leaves the frame. Score object identity, placement and visibility separately. The clip documents the demonstration and leaves actual sanitation verification to staff.
Keep customers, mirrors showing other people, booking screens and sharp or powered tools out. Confirm the demonstrator and camera operator can authorize training use.
Describe a staged barber station sample
Original Fiund exercise
A tool leaving the frame is not a verified final placement
An approved mannequin station uses unplugged blunt props and marked paper zones. The exercise tracks visible object movement without performing or certifying sanitation.
| Record | Source | What it records |
|---|---|---|
| BT1 | Practice station map | Zones Ready, Used and Review have separate labels. Prop T1 has a blue tag; T2 has red. |
| BT2 | Clip A timeline | T1 blue tag visible moving Ready→Used at 00:05; final Used placement remains visible. |
| BT3 | Clip B timeline | T2 red tag leaves Ready at 00:03 and exits frame. Later overview shows an untagged object in Review; no link identifies it as T2. |
Question for the model
Which final placement is observed, and does the untagged overview establish T2's location or a completed station reset?
Show the reference answer and checks
BT2 directly observes T1 in Used after its movement from Ready. BT3 shows T2 leaving Ready but not its final location. The later untagged object lacks an identity link to T2 and cannot establish its placement. Neither sequence documents a complete station reset or sanitation verification. Preserve object identity, visible movement and final-location uncertainty as separate labels for the demonstration.
- Assigning an off-screen final placement from the intended station workflow.
- Treating object movement between zones as certification of sanitation or reset completion.
Fields to preserve
- Tagged prop identity
- Separates tools with similar silhouettes.
- Zone and event time
- Locates each observed movement.
- Final-view coverage
- Shows whether the destination is actually visible.
Test another case
Show T2 returning to Ready without any review event. Require an observed-location finding without inferring that its treatment or reset requirement was completed.
Use mannequins and unplugged nonsharp props. Exclude customers, mirrored bystanders, booking screens, sharp tools and powered demonstrations.
