Spectator sports appearance and result records for AI

A program can list an entrant without verifying that the entrant took part.

A program can list an entrant without verifying that the entrant took part. Census describes other spectator sports activities, and public competition documents illustrate different classes of event evidence. An independent participant can test a mock appearance record without offering footage or personal records. Census Arts, Entertainment and Recreation industries · FIA public event documents

Make two fictional event entries. Give one verified participation and a provisional classification. Give the other an entry notice with no participation record. Ask what each source documents and what would confirm the result. Keep entry, appearance, and final classification separate.

Exclude athlete profiles, real payments, private performance analytics, third-party footage and contract information. Keep all names and records invented.

Entry, participation and final classification need separate records

Invented event entries use neutral participant aliases and result labels. The evaluation makes no claim about a real athlete, payment or competition.

Fictional records supplied to the evaluator
RecordSourceWhat it records
SE1Practice programAlias A entered in round R1; alias B entered in R2.
SE2Verified participation logA participated in R1. Provisional classification label P recorded; no final classification attached.
SE3R2 publicity noteLists B as entered but provides no participation confirmation. Copied result label P still names A/R1.

Question for the model

Which milestones are established for A and B, and does the program or copied result establish participation or a final classification?

Show the reference answer and checks

SE1 and SE2 establish A's entry and verified R1 participation, followed by a provisional P label rather than a final classification. B has an R2 entry only; SE3 supplies no verified appearance. Its copied A/R1 result does not apply to B. Report those milestone differences explicitly instead of treating a program listing as participation or a provisional result as final.

  • Inferring appearance from an entrant's name in the program.
  • Copying a provisional result across participants or presenting it as a final classification.

Fields to preserve

Participant alias and round
Identifies the event-specific subject.
Entry and verified appearance
Preserves distinct participation milestones.
Provisional versus final source
Keeps result authority explicit.

Test another case

Add verified B participation without any classification and a final A result with a different label. Require independent milestone updates for both aliases.

Use fabricated records. Exclude athlete profiles, actual payments, private analytics, footage and contract information.

Discuss a contribution

Describe the sources you control, the task they could support and what has already been checked. Use the existing-data assessment for an archive or the collection brief for a new recording project. The contributor agreement defines Fiund’s licensing authority and compensation. A guide or fictional exercise does not establish an accepted collection or a sale.
