RV dealer floorplan and delivery preparation data for AI
Two RVs sold under the same model name can have different floorplans and options.

Two RVs sold under the same model name can have different floorplans and options. NHTSA’s tire guidance explains why vehicle specifications and labeling matter. A dealer can build a mock delivery packet that tests model and document matching without advising on towing or loading. NHTSA tire and vehicle labeling guidance
Sketch two invented floorplans. Assign a storage feature to one and put a matching walkthrough item in its preparation list. Add a dealer note for the other and ask which documents establish that the feature was checked. Score the floorplan revision and inspection evidence separately.
Use original drawings and noncustomer demonstration footage with permission. Leave real vehicle identifiers, owner information and licensed manufacturer diagrams out.
Describe a fictional RV preparation sample
Original Fiund exercise
An RV floorplan feature and its completed walkthrough require the same unit and revision
Two independently drawn abstract RV floorplans use invalid unit aliases. There is no real vehicle, buyer, manufacturer drawing, towing advice or actual delivery.
| Record | Source | What it records |
|---|---|---|
| RV1 | Floorplan map | Mock units A and B share model M. A uses layout F1 with storage feature S; B uses F2 without S in the supplied drawing. |
| RV2 | A preparation record | Original signed walkthrough explicitly names A/F1/S and documents the fictional check completed. |
| RV3 | B note | Dealer draft says 'check S' for B but refers to an F1 drawing. No B/F2 change or completed walkthrough supplied. |
Question for the model
Which unit has matching evidence that S was checked, and can the B note establish a feature or completed inspection for F2?
Show the reference answer and checks
RV1 and RV2 align A's F1 storage feature with a signed A/F1/S walkthrough check. RV3's B draft cites the wrong floorplan and contains no completed event, so it cannot establish S on B or a finished B inspection. Keep shared model name separate from unit layout and retain the draft mismatch for review. No towing, loading, safety or real delivery conclusion follows from the fixture.
- Transferring a feature across units that share a model but use different floorplans.
- Treating a check instruction or draft as evidence that a walkthrough occurred.
Fields to preserve
- Unit, model and floorplan revision
- Defines the variant.
- Feature location and approved drawing
- Supports the configuration.
- Walkthrough state and exact target
- Separates instruction from completion.
Test another case
Add a B/F2 revision that introduces S but no walkthrough. Require configuration to update independently of the missing check.
Use original abstract drawings and cleared props. Exclude real identifiers, owners and licensed diagrams.
Discuss a contribution
Describe the sources you control, the task they could support and what has already been checked. Use the existing-data assessment for an archive or the collection brief for a new recording project. The contributor agreement defines Fiund’s licensing authority and compensation. A guide or fictional exercise does not establish an accepted collection or a sale.
