A dealer may handle several similar hulls with different accessory packages. Coast Guard materials explain hull identification numbers. A toy or tabletop hull can demonstrate how a model should match delivery evidence without using actual registration information. U.S. Coast Guard hull identification guidance

Label two model hulls with invalid identifiers. Photograph an inert storage accessory and supply a matching release checklist for one. Give the second hull an accessory line from an earlier configuration. Ask which item is documented on each hull and where the record remains unresolved.

Use original prop designs and photos. Exclude real hull numbers, buyers, registration files, access details and branded diagrams unless separately authorized.

Original Fiund exercise

A photographed accessory needs the exact model hull and current configuration

Two tabletop hull props use invalid original identifiers and inert accessories. No actual hull registration, buyer, vessel operation or release decision appears.

Fictional records supplied to the evaluator
RecordSourceWhat it records
BHX1Hull A packetModel prop DEMO-H1, configuration C2. Original image annotation shows storage insert I1; signed mock checklist explicitly names H1/C2/I1.
BHX2Hull B current cardModel prop DEMO-H2, configuration C3. No accessory photo or current checked accessory field supplied.
BHX3Earlier B attachmentOlder H2/C1 checklist names insert I1. C3 supersedes C1 but supplies no carryover rule. H1's matching photo also appears in the folder.

Question for the model

Which hull has a matched documented accessory, and can B's older configuration or A's photo establish B's current insert?

Show the reference answer and checks

BHX1 aligns H1's C2 configuration, original image and signed I1 checklist. BHX2 leaves H2/C3's accessory state unresolved. BHX3's H2/C1 card belongs to an earlier configuration, and the H1 photo belongs to another hull; neither supplies current H2 evidence. Preserve current configuration, physical prop identity and review target rather than transfer an accessory because hulls resemble one another or share an older line item.

  • Matching an accessory through hull resemblance instead of a full prop identifier.
  • Applying an earlier configuration checklist to a revised package without carryover evidence.

Fields to preserve

Invalid hull ID and configuration
Defines the delivery target.
Image accessory and parent link
Supports observation.
Checklist scope and unresolved version
Limits confirmation.

Test another case

Add an H2/C3 photo of I1 but a checklist for I2. Require the observed and intended accessory values to remain distinct.

Use owned original model props and photos. Exclude real hull IDs, registration and branded designs without rights.
