Manufactured home dealer certification label and unit records for AI
A listing, data plate and delivery checklist serve different purposes.
NAICS 459930 · Manufactured (Mobile) Home Dealers
A listing, data plate and delivery checklist serve different purposes. HUD describes manufactured home certification labels and data plate information. A dealer can make an original linkage exercise using mock documents and an abstract model. HUD manufactured home labels
Invent two units with nearby identifiers and a dummy data card for one. Add a completed delivery checklist for a different unit. Ask which records can be linked and what remains unverified. Score unit identity, source and delivery state without judging the building.
Use original documents and dummy identifiers. Keep addresses, buyers, title information, actual data plate photos and private manufacturer records out.
Describe a fictional manufactured home records exercise
Original Fiund exercise
A delivery checklist for a neighboring unit does not complete another unit's data-card chain
Two abstract model homes use deliberately invalid original identifiers. This records fixture contains no address, title, actual data-plate image, buyer or building judgment.
| Record | Source | What it records |
|---|---|---|
| MHD1 | Listing and dummy data card | Unit DEMO-U1 listing names model M. Original nonofficial data card explicitly names U1 and abstract field C. |
| MHD2 | Delivery checklist | Completed mock delivery checklist names DEMO-U2/model M, a distinct unit. No U1 delivery evidence. |
| MHD3 | Folder note | U1 and U2 share model M. Draft combines U1's data card with U2's delivery and calls U1 completed; no reviewed unit equivalence. |
Question for the model
Which records attach to each unit, and can the folder establish U1 delivery or U2's data-card field?
Show the reference answer and checks
MHD1 matches U1's listing and its own dummy data-card field C. MHD2 establishes only U2's documented delivery in this fixture. MHD3's shared model name does not identify the same physical unit, so U1 delivery and U2's data-card field remain unsupported. Keep listing, unit-specific card and completed delivery separate instead of creating a combined file from neighboring IDs. The exercise makes no construction, title or certification decision.
- Joining records by common model rather than unique unit identity.
- Using an unrelated completed checklist to establish delivery or a certification state.
Fields to preserve
- Invalid unit and model alias
- Disambiguates units.
- Document type and exact target
- Supports association.
- Delivery status and data-card gap
- Preserves missing evidence.
Test another case
Add U1's delivery card with a mismatched model field. Require the unit match and model conflict to be reported separately.
Use original dummy forms and abstract models. Exclude actual plate photos, buyers, title files and manufacturer records.
Discuss a contribution
Describe the sources you control, the task they could support and what has already been checked. Use the existing-data assessment for an archive or the collection brief for a new recording project. The contributor agreement defines Fiund’s licensing authority and compensation. A guide or fictional exercise does not establish an accepted collection or a sale.
