Make the evidence boundary visible
Use an approved demo coupon with a marked inspection zone. Link a visual image to an existing approved reference examination or to a fictional inspection summary. Mark separately whether a visible feature was present and whether a qualified method established an internal indication. Add one specimen with only a surface photo, where the model should decline an internal finding. Keep alloy category and inspection method in the task when the buyer needs those distinctions.
Do not include mold designs, alloy recipes, process parameters, restricted X-rays, or customer rejects without permission. Avoid collecting new nondestructive test evidence outside the facility’s qualified process.
