Use inert prop cartons for an original pick of a bracket, fastener packet and board sample. Give one record a case count and the checklist a piece count. Film a closed-room pick and score visible items and the independent count sheet separately.
Use retailer-owned props and consenting adult performers. Keep customers, addresses, checkout screens and commercial price books out. Confirm the buyer’s brief before filming volume.

Original Fiund exercise
A case count must be converted before it can satisfy a piece-count checklist
An original cross-department practice pick uses inert cartons and a dummy bracket, packet and board. No customer, checkout, actual construction task or commercial price appears.
| Record | Source | What it records |
|---|---|---|
| HBP1 | Bundle K checklist | Requires one mock bracket, eight fastener props and one board sample. All quantities expressed as pieces. |
| HBP2 | Closed-room pick | Clip annotation shows bracket, board and two sealed fastener packets. Labels visible: each packet has four pieces. Contents not directly visible. |
| HBP3 | Independent count | Original reviewer confirms eight fastener props in those two packets by matched inspection. A different packet type from another department has unknown pack size. |
Question for the model
How does the picked packet count reconcile to the checklist, and what is observed in the clip versus verified by separate review?
Show the reference answer and checks
HBP2 visibly establishes two labeled packets, one bracket and one board. Its four-per-packet labels imply eight fastener pieces, matching HBP1's required count; HBP3 independently verifies actual contents of those matched packets. The clip alone cannot directly see sealed contents. Do not apply this conversion to the other packet type. Preserve visible objects, label-derived arithmetic and reviewed piece count as distinct evidence channels.
- Comparing two packets directly to an eight-piece checklist without conversion.
- Calling hidden contents directly observed or reusing one packet size across product types.
Fields to preserve
- Bundle and component ID
- Defines the pick.
- Package count and pieces per package
- Supports conversion.
- Visual versus reviewer count source
- Preserves evidence differences.
Test another case
Use three packets of an alternate size with one unreadable label. Require the total to remain unresolved until its own conversion basis exists.
Use owned props and consenting adults. Exclude customers, prices and addresses; confirm a buyer brief before recording volume.
