Create a fictional foam-block diagram, specimen-cut map and report table. Take two sample shapes from different positions and mark a reference direction. Ask the assistant which result concerns the requested specimen. Include a nominal product value beside an actual sample observation and a report whose preparation reference is missing. The key should preserve those differences without guessing the absent context.
