Display advertising face and installation evidence for AI
A display structure can have two faces with different creative and installation dates.

A display structure can have two faces with different creative and installation dates. FHWA publishes outdoor advertising control information. A display operator can use a tabletop fixture or an authorized model to test evidence for a particular face and schedule. FHWA outdoor advertising resources
Create a mock two-sided display with original graphics. Assign face IDs and a scheduled replacement window. Take an installation image for one side and leave the second image’s viewpoint ambiguous. Ask the model which face can be confirmed and whether the timestamp falls within the scheduled period.
Use original graphics and an authorized location. Keep real site details, public faces, plates, permit records and customer contracts out. The example tests image and document matching.
Describe a display installation evidence sample
Original Fiund exercise
A two-sided display needs face-specific installation evidence
An owned tabletop display has original geometric graphics and dummy face markers. It contains no actual site, permit, client creative or public-space imagery.
| Record | Source | What it records |
|---|---|---|
| DAF1 | Practice face schedule | Face A switches to graphic G2 during days 4–5. Face B switches to G3 during days 6–7. |
| DAF2 | Installation image | Readable face A and G2 labels, capture day 5; reviewer confirms the face assignment. |
| DAF3 | Second image | Graphic G3 visible, day 6, but face marker cropped. No source link identifies face B. |
Question for the model
Which scheduled face update is visually supported within its window, and can G3's graphic or timestamp alone confirm B?
Show the reference answer and checks
DAF2 supports A/G2 on day 5 within A's days-4–5 window. DAF3 has G3 and a day-6 timestamp consistent with B's schedule, but lacks the face identity needed to verify B's installation. Expected graphic and timing do not replace that missing link. Report A's confirmed narrow observation and B's unresolved face attribution rather than labeling the entire structure updated.
- Inferring a face from the graphic expected by the schedule.
- Treating an in-window timestamp as proof of installation identity.
Fields to preserve
- Structure and face ID
- Makes the observed surface specific.
- Creative version and window
- Defines the scheduled change.
- Image viewpoint and label visibility
- Shows whether the face can be verified.
Test another case
Reveal face A in the G3 image. Require a conflict with its scheduled G2 assignment rather than silently relabeling the image as B.
Use original graphics and approved models. Exclude real sites, faces, plates, permits and customer contracts.
