Invent two units with the same diameter and different unit marks. Provide an approved production record for one and an inspection sheet for the other that was accidentally attached to both. Include a training sketch and the expected disposition in the review key. A model should separate evidence about a product type from evidence about the specific segment. Ask it to identify which record a reviewer would retrieve before shipment.
Use a photograph of a training mark or a mock label. Keep real infrastructure plans, customer identities, plant mix details, and unapproved conformity results outside the sample. Use no field handling or structural evaluation in the exercise.
