Use approved finished coupons with both smooth and intentionally textured surfaces. Pair two image angles with a diagram showing where each authorized measurement was taken. Include a case with a visible irregularity and a measurement from a different spot. The label should say whether the region is visibly different and whether the existing evidence supports a disposition.
Keep formulas, equipment recipes, client tolerance tables, part designs, and process yields out of the first sample. Use completed coupons, with any booth activity and live spraying outside the exercise.
