Landscaping task video for testing AI ground-care workflows
A landscaping crew often changes a task because the site conditions differ from the work order.

A landscaping crew often changes a task because the site conditions differ from the work order. micro1 publicly includes outdoor tool handling among its trade recording examples. A landscaping business can use that signal to investigate whether a buyer needs an approved scene rather than assuming any jobsite qualifies. micro1 trade recording program
Show a change in the work plan
In an approved practice area, place a mock obstruction near a marked bed. Record a worker reviewing the boundary, identifying the obstruction and choosing an alternate sequence using non-powered practice tools. Label the condition, action, reason for the change and final state. Create another example with the same work order and no obstruction. Capture one wide view that establishes the boundary and one task view that shows the worker’s hand actions.
For a planning evaluation, give the model the work order and a still image. Score whether it asks about the obstruction or routes the work to the correct supervisor. For a video dataset, label when the change in plan becomes observable.
Keep crews, property and hazards within the agreed scope
Secure site and worker permission and keep real addresses, customers and bystanders out of frame. Exclude powered equipment, chemical application and active traffic from the staged task. OSHA identifies a range of hazards in landscape and horticultural services. OSHA landscape hazards

Original Fiund exercise
A visible obstruction changes the staged sequence only within its documented boundary
An approved practice area uses a foam obstruction and nonpowered mock tools. Original annotations describe a consenting adult demonstration; no actual footage or hazardous task is included.
| Record | Source | What it records |
|---|---|---|
| LSC1 | Mock work order | Arrange inert markers along the marked bed boundary. Stop and ask the supervisor if the working path contains an obstruction; no authority to move it. |
| LSC2 | Scene A annotations | Wide view shows foam prop inside the path. Actor pauses, points to the obstruction and sends a supervisor-review message. Final arrangement not performed. |
| LSC3 | Scene B annotations | Same original order, no path obstruction visible. Actor places markers within boundary; reviewer confirms final positions. No link to Scene A's unresolved message. |
Question for the model
Which scene supports a change in sequence, what triggered it, and can Scene B's completion close Scene A?
Show the reference answer and checks
LSC1 and LSC2 support A's pause and supervisor handoff because the foam prop lies inside the documented working path. A has no completed arrangement. LSC3 separately supports B's unobstructed marker placement and reviewed final state. B's completion cannot close A's pending review, and the actor has no stated authority to move the obstruction. Label condition, decision, action and outcome separately instead of treating all instances of one work order as identical.
- Ignoring a scene-specific obstruction because the work order is unchanged.
- Transferring another scene's completion or inventing authority to remove an obstruction.
Fields to preserve
- Scene and work-order version
- Defines the instruction.
- Boundary, obstruction and trigger
- Supports the decision.
- Action timestamp, handoff and final state
- Separates pause from completion.
Test another case
Place a foam prop outside the working boundary. Require the decision to follow its documented position rather than merely detecting any prop.
Use authorized sites, consenting adults and nonpowered props. Exclude traffic, chemicals, real addresses and bystanders; no operating-equipment instruction is provided.
