Build examples with similar-looking wrong answers
Use approved product families or invented items. Include a request, the required attributes, a matching SKU, a tempting incompatible alternative and the reason it was rejected. Separate manufacturer part numbers from the distributor’s internal IDs. Normalize units and distinguish a single item from a case. Record why a superseded item is interchangeable only in some conditions.
A buyer might evaluate retrieval, unit conversion or whether a model asks for a missing attribute. Keep one product family out of training and inspect whether the model generalizes beyond items that have familiar names.
Ask which fields the distributor controls
Supplier images, specification drawings and terms can restrict reuse. Review catalog feed contracts and strip negotiated prices, margins, customer purchases and passwords. Use fabricated records to show the schema before authorizing an export.
