Furniture retailer component packs and assembly evidence for AI
A retailer can demonstrate how staff check whether a component pack matches a specific display model.

A retailer can demonstrate how staff check whether a component pack matches a specific display model. CPSC publishes furniture safety resources, and Troveo advertises first-person task capture for physical AI. An inert mock product can show what a clip can establish. CPSC furniture safety resources · Troveo egocentric video guide
Use two flat mock panels and sealed dummy component bags. Film a check against an original model card and give the reviewer a separate list. Show a bag from the wrong model in a second take. Ask which parts are visible and which compatibility claims depend on the card.
Use store-owned props and staff permission. Exclude customer delivery records, vendor manuals and safety certification claims.

Original Fiund exercise
A matching sealed bag label does not verify every unseen component
Two inert flat-panel props and sealed dummy bags use original model cards. No real furniture assembly, safety certification, vendor manual or customer delivery appears.
| Record | Source | What it records |
|---|---|---|
| FCP1 | Model card | Mock panel M1 calls for sealed pack P1. Model M2 calls for P2. Original reviewer list states the dummy contents separately. |
| FCP2 | Take A | Adult performer visibly checks M1 and P1 labels, then places unopened P1 beside M1. Contents not visible through the bag. |
| FCP3 | Take B | M1 panel beside readable P2 bag. Same bag size as P1; no equivalence or approved alternate pack supplied. |
Question for the model
Which take supports the specified pack match, and what does neither take establish about individual unseen contents?
Show the reference answer and checks
FCP1 and FCP2 support the label-based M1/P1 match and observed placement, but the sealed bag prevents visual verification of its individual contents. FCP3 shows M1/P2, conflicting with the stated model card despite identical bag size. Preserve specified compatibility, visible packaging and unseen contents as separate findings. This inert task does not determine actual furniture assembly, physical compatibility or product safety.
- Treating sealed packaging as direct evidence of each component inside.
- Using package resemblance to override the explicit model-specific pack label.
Fields to preserve
- Panel model and specified pack
- Defines the expected association.
- Observed label and visibility
- Supports the video finding.
- Separate contents key and mismatch
- Limits the supported scope.
Test another case
Add an independent P1 contents view linked to the same bag. Require new component evidence without claiming the original sealed take already showed it.
Use owned props and written performer permission. Exclude real delivery files, manuals and certification claims.
