Farm crew work-order records for AI evaluation

A crew leader can plan a job at one site and finish it at another.

A crew leader can plan a job at one site and finish it at another. A weekly export may still contain both assignments. The U.S. Department of Labor describes recordkeeping in its agricultural worker resources. An evaluation can use completely fictional roles and times to test work-order matching without copying employment records. Labor Department agricultural worker fact sheet

Create a short schedule, an approved reassignment, and a confirmed completion. Use role labels such as Crew A and Crew B. Add a similar order number from another fictional client. Ask which order was completed and where the assignment remains open. Grade whether the assistant looks for evidence of completion and avoids attributing work to an individual. Keep wage and employment decisions outside the test.

Use invented records. Do not provide payroll, identity documents, immigration information, actual contact details, or personnel evaluations. Have the contractor and grower approve the structure before discussing any additional data.

Describe a fictional work-order sample

Original Fiund exercise

An approved reassignment changes the target order, while completion needs its own record

A fictional schedule uses crew roles and abstract sites. It is a work-order matching exercise with no actual employees, payroll or employment decisions.

Fictional records supplied to the evaluator
RecordSourceWhat it records
FC1Original scheduleCrew A assigned client X order 100 at site North; Crew B assigned X order 101 at site South.
FC2Approved reassignmentCrew A moved to X/101 at South. X/100 remains open. Crew B's assignment canceled under the original mock revision.
FC3Completion cardsConfirmed completion names Crew A and X/101 at South. Separate client Y order 100 is complete, with no X relationship.

Question for the model

Which client-X order has confirmed completion, and can client Y's similar order number close the remaining X order?

Show the reference answer and checks

FC2 and FC3 support Crew A's completed work on client X order 101 at South after reassignment. X/100 remains open in the supplied record. FC3's client Y order 100 has a different client scope and cannot close X/100. Preserve the approved assignment change and distinct completion evidence without attributing the work to an individual or using the schedule alone as proof of completion.

  • Recording completion against the original scheduled order after an approved reassignment.
  • Joining work orders by number while ignoring the client namespace.

Fields to preserve

Client, order and site alias
Defines the work-order identity.
Crew role and assignment revision
Records the authorized change.
Completion reference and open status
Separates plans from confirmed work.

Test another case

Add an unsigned completion draft for X/100. Require it to be reported as a draft while the confirmed completion state remains open.

Use invented records and role labels. Exclude identity, immigration, wage and personnel information; real structures require contractor and grower approval.

Discuss a contribution

Describe the sources you control, the task they could support and what has already been checked. Use the existing-data assessment for an archive or the collection brief for a new recording project. The contributor agreement defines Fiund’s licensing authority and compensation. A guide or fictional exercise does not establish an accepted collection or a sale.
