Buyer diligence
Evidence before data moves.
A public view of the questions FIUND expects to answer before a licensed dataset is delivered. These templates show the structure; buyer-specific agreements and sensitive records stay in the diligence room.
Data-card template (JSON)
Machine-readable structure for inventory, provenance, rights, privacy, quality, and delivery facts.
Illustrative manifest (CSV)
Example file-level fields using fictional IDs and no customer, contributor, or media information.
Rights review checklist (CSV)
The evidence questions that must close before an approved buyer delivery.
Diligence gates
Chain of title
Map the party granting rights to the source material and identify third-party restrictions or unresolved exceptions.
AI-use scope
Write evaluation, training, production, term, territory, recipients, redistribution, and sublicensing rules into the licence.
Consent and privacy
Review identifiable people, releases, personal information, sensitive uses, geography, and voice or likeness restrictions.
Content-ID reconciliation
Deduplicate by stable content ID, then reconcile sessions, tracks, transcripts, bytes, and manifest rows.
Exceptions and sampling
Record format validation, representative sample review, known gaps, and every exclusion rather than hiding them in an average.
Acceptance record
Validate delivered object counts, bytes, hashes, permissions, and sample extraction before calling a transfer complete.
Standard licence boundaries
FIUND licenses data non-exclusively. Ownership does not transfer. The buyer licence controls permitted AI use and does not authorize a synthetic replica, voice clone, or likeness model intended to imitate an identifiable person or imply endorsement.
What is collection-specific
Consent sufficiency, privacy treatment, chain-of-title evidence, excluded material, geographic restrictions, and production use cannot be settled by a generic web page. They are reviewed against the actual source agreements, media, participants, and buyer brief.

Open diligence for a real brief.
Send the intended model task, data type, recipients, geography, and production or evaluation scope. FIUND will identify what is verified, what remains a condition, and what evidence can be shared.
