NAICS 456199 · All Other Health and Personal Care Retailers

A retailer can demonstrate how staff match a size-specific product to a kit without exposing who uses it. Census describes specialized health and personal care retail, and GS1 identifies trade items. U.S. Census NAICS manual · GS1 US product identifiers

Create two inert packages with distinct sizes and similar shapes. Photograph a completed practice kit and give it a packing sheet with one mismatched label. Ask which component is visible and whether the document supports its inclusion. Score visual evidence and paperwork separately.

Use retailer-owned props and adult staff permission. Exclude patient or customer records, medical device settings and clinical recommendations.

Original Fiund exercise

The kit photo and packing sheet can disagree on a size-specific component

Two retailer-owned empty packages use original abstract sizes. The task handles no patient, medical setting, actual supply recommendation or clinical decision.

Fictional records supplied to the evaluator
RecordSourceWhat it records
HKS1Kit specificationPractice kit K1 requires component P size SMALL. Original authorized packing template names SMALL.
HKS2Completed-kit annotationReadable package in K1 says P size LARGE. Same shape as SMALL; exact K1 parent link verified.
HKS3Packing sheetSigned sheet marks P/SMALL packed for K1. No discrepancy resolution or later replacement observation supplied.

Question for the model

Which component is visible, what does the paperwork say, and can the signed sheet establish that both agree?

Show the reference answer and checks

HKS2 documents a visible P/LARGE package in K1, while HKS1 and HKS3 specify and report P/SMALL. The signed packing sheet does not erase that direct size conflict. Preserve intended, reported and observed values and send the mismatch for authorized review. Shared shape or a completed checklist does not prove the correct size, and this fixture makes no real device, suitability or clinical recommendation.

  • Treating a signed sheet as proof against conflicting visible size evidence.
  • Using shape similarity to identify size or infer suitability for a person.

Fields to preserve

Kit and component reference
Defines the packing target.
Required/reported size versus observed label
Exposes the mismatch.
Review state and corrected evidence
Limits any completion claim.

Test another case

Add a later K1 photo showing SMALL but no replacement event. Require later appearance and unresolved sequence to remain separate.

Use original props and consenting adult staff. Exclude customer records and actual device settings; no clinical advice is given.
