IMU data
Inertial measurement unit data — motion and orientation streams from accelerometers and gyroscopes, used for activity recognition and robotics.
Streams typically include three-axis acceleration and angular velocity sampled tens to hundreds of times per second, sometimes with magnetometer readings. Paired with synchronized video, IMU traces let models connect what motion looks like with how it registers on a sensor — useful for wearables, headsets, and robots. Precise time alignment between sensor and video is the make-or-break quality detail.
