NAICS 325120 · Industrial Gas Manufacturing

OSHA publishes resources concerning compressed-gas equipment. A gas manufacturer can define a static document task that keeps a cylinder identifier, declared product and filling-record reference connected. OSHA compressed-gas resources

Design original labels for empty fictional cylinder props and create a mock filling ledger. Give two labels similar color schemes but different product identifiers. Ask the assistant which ledger entry supports each label. Include a cylinder identifier partially covered in the photograph and an order requesting a product without an executed filling entry. The key should retain those evidence gaps instead of assigning identity from color or planned work.

Annotate cylinder, declared product, filling event, label version and visible region. Evaluation can change the label layout and use an unfamiliar numbering scheme. Score wrong-cylinder association, color-based identity and a planned fill treated as executed independently. The exercise should supply no operating procedure or inference about the contents of an actual container.

Use drawings, empty props and invented records. Real customer gas specifications, inspection documents and proprietary filling-system exports need permission and specialist review. Describe the identity-review task and checked key to prospective buyers. An accepted brief should define the source scope before production material is prepared.

Identify the empty prop without borrowing a sibling label

Only drawings of empty cylinders are used. The identifiers have no hazardous-material meaning.

Fictional records supplied to the evaluator
RecordSourceWhat it records
1Mock ledgerCylinder C12 → group G8; C21 → group G9.
2ImageBody tag C12 visible; upper label clipped out.
3FolderGroup G9 caption; both cylinder images in same folder.

Question for the model

What can be stated about the pictured object?

Show the reference answer and checks

The body tag identifies C12 in record 2. Record 1 associates C12 with G8, contradicting the shared-folder caption in record 3. Its upper label is not visible, so report the ledger-based group separately from what the image directly confirms.

  • Using a folder caption as physical label evidence
  • Confusing C12 and C21 after sorting digits

Fields to preserve

cylinder_id
Joins the physical prop to its record
ledger_group
Preserves document-derived identity
label_visibility
Separates an obscured label from a mismatch

Test another case

Use an image where the upper label visibly conflicts with the body tag's ledger group; retain both observations for review.

No actual gases, filling methods, pressure data, hazard labels or cylinder certification.

Discuss a contribution

Describe the sources you control, the task they could support and what has already been checked. Use the existing-data assessment for an archive or the collection brief for a new recording project. The contributor agreement defines Fiund’s licensing authority and compensation. A guide or fictional exercise does not establish an accepted collection or a sale.
